Floorlayer Connect is designed to do the searching for both sides. Flooring companies post their requirement once, while floorlayers keep their skills, work area and availability up to date. Our matching system then compares the information automatically and identifies the people and projects that fit.
Switch on Automatic Interest, choose your minimum match percentage and carry on with your day. When suitable work reaches your chosen score, your interest can be registered automatically and you receive an email alert—without repeatedly checking or searching the site.
Post the work, required skills, location and dates once. Floorlayer Connect checks the available floorlayer profiles and presents the relevant matches, helping you find suitable labour without manually searching through unsuitable people.
You stay in control. A match is a suggestion, not a confirmed job. Contact details remain private until an introduction is requested and accepted.
